How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("proj.zip") and open SampleScene
2. Select "test" GameObject
3. Open Inspector window
Expected result: Header doesn't overlap text field below
Actual result: Header overlaps text field below
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.4f1, 2019.3.0a2
