[HDRP][XR SDK] VR built-in renderer display black screen when HDRP package is installed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Enable XR Management and Set up Oculus (Edit->Project Settings->XR Plugin Management)
3. Install HDRP package
4. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Skybox is visible
Actual result: Screen is black
Reproducible with: 2019.3.7f1 (7.1.8), 2020.1.0b4 (8.0.1), 2020.2.0a5 (8.0.1)
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1 (no packages available), 2018.4.20f1 (XR SDK not available)
Notes:
- Tested with Oculus Rift
