HDRP Wizard warnings have no padding
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> HDRP Wizard
3. Expand the "VR" or "DXR" sections and observe the warning box
Expected results: The warning box has a padding
Actual results: The warning box has no padding
Reproducible with: 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Can't test on: Windows 11 Pro (Due to these settings being available there)
