[HDRP Wizard] Fix All button is not presented using the macOS system
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Download attached project and open in Unity.
# Open the HDRP Wizard >> Window >> Rendering >> HDRP Wizard.
# Observe: No Fix All button is presented.
Check the attached images.
*Actual results:* No Fix All button.
*Expected results:* Fix All button should be displayed.

* Works fine on the Windows machine.
* I have discovered this issue when upgrading the project from Built-in to HDRP.
*If you want to reproduce this issue from scratch:*
# Open Unity Hub and create a new 3D Built-in RP Core project.
# Install the High Definition Render Pipeline package via the Package Manager.
# Open the HDRP Wizard >> Window >> Rendering >> HDRP Wizard.
# Observe: No Fix All button is presented.
