[HDRP][VR] Game View renders both eyes when the Game window is large enough and Background Type on a Camera is set to None
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Open the "Bug" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Enlarge the Game Window
Expected result: Game View renders the default main-display VR view, with overlay cam composited on top
Actual result: Game View renders both eyes if the Game window is large enough
Reproducible with: 2019.1.11f1 (HDRP 5.7.2, 5.16.1), 2019.2.0b10 (HDRP 6.9.0), 2019.3.0a10 (HDRP 6.5.3)
Could not test on later HDRP versions on 2019.3.0a10 due to compile errors and on 2018.4 due to the project breaking
