[HDRP] Volume lighting has noticeable artifacts when using Camera.RenderToCubemap in Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project ("BugReports.zip") and open the "Bug-VolumeArtifacts" scene
2. Observe the Game Window
3. Enter Play Mode and observe the Game Window again
Expected result: both Editor and Play Mode views look similar without any seems
Actual result: when In Play Mode the Volume Lighting creates noticeable seems
Reproduced in: 2019.2.0a6 (With HDRP 5.3.1)
Couldn't test with: HDRP 5.2.1 and older (Project breaks with older versions)
