[HDRP] Volume gizmos visibility is linked to inspector
Not sure if this is a feature or a bug.
1) Open any HDRP project
2) Disable volume gizmos via dropdown menu in scene view (see video)
3) Select any gameobject containing a Volume
4) Expand volume component
Expected result: Expanding or collapsing Volume component has no impact on Gizmo visibility in the scene
Actual result: Volumes become unhidden on expansion in the Inspector
