[HDRP] [VFX] Pixels removed by alpha still receive specular when Preserve Specular Lighting is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached scene
2) Make sure that both VFX graphs have Preserve Specular Lighting enabled in their output inspectors
3) Observe that middle graph that uses SG has specular light visible on parts removed by alpha
