Values truncated in Cascade Splits under HDRP Default Settings
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project in HDRP Template
2. Select Edit > Project Settings > HDRP Default Settings > Volume Components > Shadows > Cascade Splits
Expected Result:
Values should not be truncated
Actual Result:
Cascade Splits values are truncated
Reproducible on package version: 10x, 9x, 8x, 7x on 2020.2.0a21, 2020.1.3f1, 2019.4.8f1, 2018.4.23f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.15
