HDRP Unlit Shader color in Player is different from Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project and ColorTest scene
2. Take a screenshot of the Game view
3. Build and Run ColorTest scene
4. Take a screenshot of the view
5. Open both screenshots and compare the colors with image editing software (for example the red color)
Expected result: Color in Editor and Player is the same #ff0000
Actual result: In the Editor color is #ff0000 and in Player color is #ff0101
Reproducible with: 7.5.3 (2019.4.20f1), 10.3.1 (2020.2.7f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.0b9), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a7)
Could not test with: 2018.4.32f1 (could not downgrade)
Notes:
1. Not reproducible with built-in and URP Unlit shaders
2. Not reproducible with Radeon (TM) Pro WX 9100 Graphics
3. Reproducible with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with Max-Q Design
