[HDRP] Unlit Shader becomes lighter in Play Mode when Color-Buffer format and Post-processing buffer format are R16G16B16A16
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "HDRPAlphaIssueTest" project
2. Open the Scene "debugScene"
3. Open the Game view (Window->General->Game)
4. Enter the Play Mode
Expected results: The cube on the left alpha value stays the same
Actual results: The cube on the left becomes lighter
Reproducible with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.26f1), 9.0.0-preview.13 (2020.1.17f1)
Not reproducible with: 9.0.0-preview.33 (2020.1.17f1), 10.4.0 (2020.3.8f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.7f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a16)
Could not test with: 2018.4 because HDRP was not yet available
