[HDRP] Transparency Inputs are not supported on Windows 7 and Windows 8
Reproducible with Windows7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1
Reproduces on Nvidia and AMD GPU's
Artifacts are produced when:
• using Refraction models Box and Sphere
• using Distortion
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "DistortionBlack.zip", scene "SampleScene"
2. In scene window, observe the "Quad" game object
Result: transparency shader is black / olive green
Reproduced in: 2018.3.11f1, 2019.1.0b9, 2019.2.0a10
