[HDRP] Tooltips are missing for Menu Bar options in Look Dev Window
Tooltips are missing for Menu Bar options like MultiView, Side by Side, Split Screen, Zone View in Look Dev Window
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project with HDRP Template
2. Select Window > RenderPipeline > Look Dev
3. Hover Mouse on Menu bar options like MultiView, Side by Side, Split Screen, Zone View in Look Dev Window
Expected Result:
Tooltips should appear
Actual Result:
Tooltips are missing
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0a3, 2020.1.0b2, 2019.3.3f1
Package tested: 8.0.1, 7.1.8
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
