[HDRP] Tonemapping not applied when switching scenes with Show Cascades enabled
Version tested: trunk + HDRP 14.0.3 (bf457debae28)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached project, Outdoor scene
2) In Sky and Fog volume, go to Shadows override and enable Show Cascades
3) Without switching it off, open Indoors scene
4) Disable Show Cascades there
5) Observe that tonemapping isn't applied
Note: Issue is fixed if you select any 3d mesh in the scene
