[HDRP] Toggling Low res Transparency on Vulkan in Spaceship demo project crashes the editor
1) Open the Spaceship demo project https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/SpaceshipDemo
2) Switch the editor to vulkan
3) Open scene MainMenu
4) Enter Playmode
5) Pause
6) In the HDRP asset enable/disable Low res Transparency multiple times
