[HDRP] The Game view flickers when interacting with the Editor UI and a Reflection Probe in a scene is set to Realtime type on HDR monitors
Reproduction steps:
# Open the user attached project
# Open the “IndoorsScene” scene
# Observe the Game view while interacting with Editor UI
Expected result: Game view doesn’t have black flickers
Actual result: Game view has black flickers
Reproducible with: 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a16), 13.1.8 (2022.1.20f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b11), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a14)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.40f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.12f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a15)
