[HDRP] Texture2D encoding with ARGB32 format results in transparent image when saved from a built player
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (Test.zip)
2. Build and run the project
3. See the PrintImage.png next to the executable
Expected result: the image is saved properly
Actual result: the image is transparent
Reproducible with: 2019.3.4f1, 2020.1.0a25, 2020.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.18f1
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1(HDRP package unavailable)
Reproducible with package versions: 7.1.8
