[HDRP] Texture format info is not visible in the Texture Inspector window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project or open an existing one
2. Make sure that your project contains 2D texture and cubemap texture files
3. Select the 2D texture, and notice that texture format info is displayed in the Texture Inspector preview window
4. Now select the cubemap texture
5. Notice that texture format info is not visible in the Texture Inspector preview window
Notes:
- Reproduces only HDRP; built-in RP is not affected
- Observed in Unity 2020.1.0a19
