[HDRP] Tests fail with bloom post-processing if Game View is not test res and Scene view tab is in view
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Test Runner and launch the "4038_Bloom" test
3. Observe that the test fails
4. Select HDRP_Test_Camera and click "Set Game View Size"
5. Run test and observe that the test fails again
6. Remove scene view tab or overlay the Game View over Scene View
7. Run test and observe that it passes now
Expected result: test should pass even with different resolution or Scene View present
