[HDRP][Templates] HDRP Template Light map is out of date
Other code changes broke the lightmap UVs in the HDRP template, which makes for a bad first impression on first time users of this template.
To repro:
- make a new project in 2021.2 latest, using the HDRP template
- notice the Concrete material in the Sample Scene looks all broken up
- if you chose to re-bake the lighting, the material will look smooth again
Reproducible in 2021.2.0a6 and all newer versions
