HDRP template results in pixelated lights after baking finishes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with the HDRP
2. Wait for light baking to finish
Expected result: scene is properly lit up
Actual result: scene is dark with lights being pixelated
Reproduced on 2018.2.8f1, 2018.3.0b2, 2019.1.0a1
HDRP 3.3.0
Notes:
- Problem disappears after a reload of the project
