[HDRP] Switching to SMAA throws errors

Package: Scriptable Render Pipeline HD


Versions tested: 2022.2.0a4 + Master

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create a new project, import HDRP or remove library folder in the existing one
2) Simply activate SMAA in scene camera or in Main Camera
3) Observe black flash and errors:

RenderingCommandBuffer: invalid pass index 1 in DrawProcedural
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent (int,intptr,bool&)
