[HDRP] SSR override checks only in default HDRP asset not in the current quality asset
Versions tested: 2019.3.0b6 + 8.0.0 HDRP/Staging
Steps to reproduce:
1) Make sure SSR is disabled in the default HDRP asset (the one assigned in Project Settings -> Graphics)
2) Add new graphics preset, assign new HDRP asset to it
3) Enable SSR in that asset
4) Select SSR object and observe that it says "The current HDRP Asset does not support SSR"
Expected behavior: "The current HDRP Asset" should be the one assigned to the current quality preset and SSR override should be checking there.
