[HDRP] SSAO artifacts in Game view when Temporal Accumulation is off
Reproduction:
1) Add the attached prefab to the HDRP Template scene
2) Switch to Game view
Expected: No visual artifacts
Actual: A visual artifact in the middle of the screen caused by Temporal Accumulation in SSAO
Note it does not disappear after entering Play mode.
