[HDRP / LWRP] Projector stops working/flickers when viewed from certain angles
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Projector REPRO" project
2. Enter play mode
3. Using WASD controls walk closer to the projected materials
Expected result: The Projected material is visible at all times
Actual result: The Projected material disappears when viewed up close at certain angles
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0b2, 2018.2.0a3, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.1.0b5
Note: Only reproduces on the HDRP and LWRP render pipelines. Works as expected on legacy pipelines.
