[HDRP] "Implicit truncation of vector type" warning in DefaultFogVolume shadergraph
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new Unity project using the HDRP template
# Find and select *DefaultFogVolume* shadergraph in package filesĀ
# Observe implicit trunkation warning
*Actual results:* Implicit truncation of vector type" *at VoxelizationTransforms.hlsl:35* warning is thrown
*Expected results:* No shader warnings are thrown
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.2.0a9, 6000.2.0b1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 6000.1.3f1, 6000.2.0a8
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11, macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.3
