[HDRP] Shadows are flickering on other split Terrains when Terrain is split in chunks and Draw Instanced is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Draw Instanced Terrain.zip" project
2. Open the "Instanced Terrain" Scene
3. Observe the shadows of the "Terrain" GameObject up close
Expected result: No shadow flickering on other split Terrains
Actual result: Shadows are flickering on other split Terrains
Reproducible with: 7.5.3 (2019.4.22f1), 10.3.2 (2020.3.0f1) 11.0.0 (2021.1.0b10, 2021.2.0a3)
Not reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a4)

The issue is indeed not fixed. Why are you writing that it is reproducible with 7.5.3 (2019.4.22f1), 10.3.2 (2020.3.0f1) 11.0.0 (2021.1.0b10, 2021.2.0a3) even though you then close it with the comment "Fixed in 12.0.0"? No plans of backporting it? No statement as to why?
Come on guys, you can't be serious, this happens in the latest LTS version 2020.3.0 as well...

This issue is not fixed.
I reported this bug in HDRP 7.5.3, not in 11.
You have closed this issue with no explanation as to why you will not fix in HDRP 7.5.3/2019.4 LTS.
