[HDRP] Shader attribute sliders are laggy when used with HDRP master nodes
Reproduction:
1) Create a new HD Lit graph shader
2) Add a Vector 1 to the blackboard
3) Change type to slider
4) Save.
5) Create a material that uses that Shader Graph and select it in the project browser.
6) try adjusting the slider in the inspector
Note: NON HDRP master node shaders work fine.
