[HDRP] Selecting multiple HDRP decal prefabs causes editor to crash with "ActiveEditorTracker::IsSameType"
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Select all prefabs in "Assets\AsdfStyle\FromSnapsBuried" by shift-clicking first and the last
3. Observe the editor crash
Expected result: selecting multiple HDRP decal prefabs should not cause editor to crash with "ActiveEditorTracker::IsSameType"
Reproduced in: 2020.1.0a7, 2019.3.0b5, 2019.2.8f1
HDRP packages reproduced with: 7.1.2, 7.1.1, 6.9.1
