[HDRP] Selecting anything in Rendering Debugger collapse UI sections
Version tested: 2022.1.0a14
Steps to reproduce:
0) Simply open Rendering Debugger -> Light
1) Expand Show Light By Type or Exposure or HDR sections
2) Toggle or select anything
3) Observe that collapsible sections will always collapse
