[HDRP][scarlett] Test 006-Compositor (implying graphic compositor) is corrupted on XBX Scarlett
The runtime graphic compositor test from HDRP is corrupted on Scarlett.
How to reproduce.
1. open HDRP runtime project
2. run test 006-Compositor on Scarlett
3. observe the corruption
