Rough Reflection option appears twice in Capture Settings in Planer Reflection Probe.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. Hierarchy > Click on "" > Light.
3. Planer Reflection Probe > Capture Settings.
Actual Result:
Rough Reflection option appears twice.
Expected Result:
Rough Reflection option should not appear twice.
Reproducible in:
2020.2.0b10, Rough Reflection option appears twice in Capture Settings in Planer Reflection Probe.
