[HDRP] Rendering breaks when changing upscaler settings with attached frame debugger
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start a new HDRP project
2) Enable Dynamic Resolution in HDRP asset, add any filter
3) Open Frame Debugger and click Enable
4) With Frame Debugger attached go to Upscaler settings and try changing any setting like Injection Point
Actual result: Rendering breaks and is only restored after a domain reload
