[HDRP] Reflection probes can not be moved if they have a proxy assigned
Not 100% sure if its is expected, davidl thinks its unexpected
1) Open HDRP Template
2) Select the probe
3) Try to move it
Expected: you can move the probe
Actual: you cant
Bonus: if you remove the proxy from the probe(as in the vid), you then are able to move your reflection probe
