[HDRP] Reflection Probe box gizmo not scaling correctly
Versions tested 2019.3.1f1 + 7.2.0 2020.1.0a24 + 8.0.0
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new HDRP scene
2) Create a reflection probe, enable its box gizmo
3) Hold *shift* and drag gizmo control point to reduce the scale to 0
4) Observe weird transformations
