[HDRP] [PS4] Dynamic Resolution not working correctly on PS4 builds.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open any HDRP project. HDRP template would do fine
2) In HDRP asset enable Dynamic Resolution, set it to hardware mode. Make sure Dynamic Resolution is enabled on the main camera as well.
3) Build the project for PS4
Observe corrupted results. Before https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/Graphics/pull/3895#pullrequestreview-617735280 PR almost nothing was rendered and console was freezing after some time. After the PR console won't freeze but the image is still corrupted.
