[HDRP] [PS4] Broken planar reflections of Eye and Fabric shaders.
Versions tested: 2021.2.0b3 + current SRP master
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open 005-DistortCloudsParallax test in HDRP_RuntimeTests
2) Switch to PS4 and build just this scene
3) Observe broken reflections of Eye and Fabric shaders
Note: works correctly on other platforms.
