[HDRP] [PS4] Black screen in non-dev PS4 builds
Reproduces on: 2022.1.0a15 + master
Does not reproduce on: 2022.1.0a15 + 13.1.0 (PackMan)
SDK Version: 8.500 on console and unity sides
Steps to reproduce:
0) Create any empty HDRP scene
1) Switch to PS4 and start a NON development build
2) Observe black screen
Notes:
- Development build works fine
- Stop NaNs doesn't help
- No observable crashes in PS4 console output
