[HDRP] Properties under Capture and Custom Settings are misaligned when preset of "Planer Reflection Probe" is created
Properties under "Capture Settings" and "Custom Settings" are misaligned when preset of "Planer Reflection Probe" is created, refer attached screenshot.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with HDRP Template
2. Upgrade High Definition RP Package to 7.1.5
3. Hierarchy > Create Empty GameObject
4. Add "Planner reflection Probe" component in the Inspector
5. Create preset of "Planner reflection Probe"
6. Project > PlanarReflectionProbe > Capture Settings and Custom Settings
Actual Result:
Properties are misaligned

Properties should be aligned

Note: Unable to checked on 7.1.2 because this package version was broken
