[HDRP] Post Processing Custom Frame Settings should be removed from Reflection Probes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project, point to your srp repo, open SampleScene
2. Select "Reflection Probe Volume" game object and observe that it's in "Reflection Volume" layer
3. Select Reflection Probe or Planar probe game object and observe that Volume Layer Mask is set to "Reflection Volume"
4. Toggle On/Off Post Processing Frame Setting on Reflection Probes and observe that no changes occur
Expected result: Post Processing Frame Settings should affect reflection probes or the section should be removed from Frame Settings list for ref probes
Reproduced in: 2020.2.0a21, 2019.4.8f1
HDRP versions reproducible in: 8.1.0, 7.4.1
