[HDRP] Path tracer does not support Physically Based Sky
Physically based sky is know for controlling Sunlight color and intensity based on Directional light angle, among other things. When used with path trader the Sunlight color is the same no matter what angle is used. We should either update the doc page that Physically based sky is not supported or if possible try to implement the support.

Reproducetion:
1) Open the project
2) Enable Sun 1 + path tracer
3) Enable Sun 2 + path tracer
Notice the angle changes but the light color does not.
