[HDRP] Particles are ghosted when Temporal Anti-Aliasing is enabled in Preferences window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the VM -> Bug Attachments -> project -> '1195582-Ghosted-particles-TAA.zip' project (more information in Edit)
2. Open 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Select 'Particle System' GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Play Particles Effect preview in the Scene View
Expected result: Particles are not ghosted when TAA is enabled in the Preferences window
Actual result: Particles are ghosted when TAA is enabled in the Preferences window
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a5 (5.2.3), 2019.3.0b13 (7.1.1, 7.1.5), 2020.1.0a14 (7.1.1, 7.1.5)
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1 (5.2.3)
Could not test: 2017.4.35f1 Package Manager is not introduced, 2018.4.13f1 no Scene View Anti-Aliasing settings in Preferences window, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0a2-2019.3.0a4 (6.5.2, 6.7.1, 6.9.2) when enabling post-processing everything becomes invisible in the Scene View of HDRP template
Notes:
1. Not reproducible with other anti-aliasing methods such as FXAA, SMAA
2. Not reproducible if the terrain is replaced with primitive meshes
3. Reproducible with VFX particles
4. Reproducible on Mac and Windows
5. Reproducible with different terrain materials
6. Reproducible in Game View and Scene View in user's attached project
