[HDRP] Particles are ghosted when Temporal Anti-Aliasing is enabled in Preferences window
How to reproduce:

2. Open 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Select 'Particle System' GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Play Particles Effect preview in the Scene View
Expected result: Particles are not ghosted when TAA is enabled in the Preferences window

Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a5 (5.2.3), 2019.3.0b13 (7.1.1, 7.1.5), 2020.1.0a14 (7.1.1, 7.1.5)
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1 (5.2.3)
Could not test: 2017.4.35f1 Package Manager is not introduced, 2018.4.13f1 no Scene View Anti-Aliasing settings in Preferences window, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0a2-2019.3.0a4 (6.5.2, 6.7.1, 6.9.2) when enabling post-processing everything becomes invisible in the Scene View of HDRP template
Notes:
