[HDRP] Package Cache warning is thrown on opening the project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an HDRP3D or HDRPSample3D project
2. Observe the console
Actual result: "The package cache was invalidated and rebuilt because the following immutable asset(s) were unexpectedly altered" warning is thrown
Reproduced on: 2022.2.0b14, 2022.20.b15, 2023.1.0a15, 2023.1.0a18
Not reproduced on: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0.b13, 2023.1.0a14
