Search "Label" window Format's field dropdown has an empty white space when the window is moved from it's original position
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Hierarchy, click the "Open in Search" button
3. Go to "Toggle Saved Searches Panel" -> Builtins -> reports -> all_assets_report
4. Switch to the "Table view"
5. Right-click on the "Label" column -> Edit Label
6. Move the "Label" window down
7. Open the "Format" field dropdown and observe the results
Expected results: The dropdown has no empty spaces
Actual results: The dropdown has an empty space
Reproducible with: 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24
Not reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
