[HDRP] [OSX] Forward only mode not working correctly on OSX
Version tested: 2020.1 a1 + HDRP 7.0.1
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new HDRP template
2) Go to Project Settings -> Quality/HDRP -> Select HDRP asset -> In Lit Shader Mode select "Forward Only"
3) Observe that scene is not lit by any light. Only baked lightmaps and HDRI sky are used
Expected result: should look approximately similar to Deferred mode
