[HDRP ] Oblique projection produces repeating smaller size screens when Fog -> Volumetric Fog is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "VolumeFogObliqueFrustum.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play mode
3. In Game view, left-click and drag
Expected result: no mirror-like effect is seen
Actual result: mirror-like effect is seen
Reproducible with: 2019.3.6f1 (7.1.8, 7.3.1), 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a10 (8.0.1)
Could not test with: 2018.4 due to errors in the console window
