[HDRP] NullReferenceExxception when exiting Play Mode with HDRP + DLSS + XR
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "HdrpDlssXrTest.zip"
2. Open "OutdoorScene.unity"
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Exit Play Mode
5. Observe the NullReference Exception
Expected results: NullReferenceExxception is not outputted when exiting Play Mode with HDRP + DLSS + XR
Actual results: NullReferenceExxception when exiting Play Mode with HDRP + DLSS + XR
Reproducible with: HDRP 14.0.8 - 17.0.0 (2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.12f1, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5)
Could not test on 2021.3.30f1 due to DLSS no longer working
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
