[HDRP] New SubLayer is added in the list with the same name under Render Schedule in the HDRP Compositor window
All Newly added SubLayer share the exacts same name under Render Schedule in the HDRP Compositor window, Refer to the attached video
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with HDRP Template
2. Window > Render Pipeline > HD Render Pipeline Compositor
3. Enable Compositor
4. Render Schedule > Add to list(+) > Image OR Video
5. Repeat step 4
Actual Result:
New SubLayer added in the list with the same name under Render Schedule
Expected Result:
New SubLayer should be added with a different name as New Sublayer, New Sublayer(1), New Sublayer(2), and so on
Note: HDRP Compositor(Preview) window is introduced in 9.0.0-preview.33

2020.2.0a18, 2020.1.0b16 with Package Version 9.0.0-preview.33
