[HDRP] Multiple warnings for the supported Rendering Layers in the Rendering Layers section
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Download attached project and open in Unity
2. Go to the Project Settings >> Tags and Layers >> Rendering Layers
3. Expand the Rendering Layers section
Observe: Multiple warnings regards the maximum supported layers
*Actual results:* Multiple warnings in the UI regards the maximum supported layers
*Expected results:* 1 or no warnings at all
