[HDRP] Modifying the camera projection matrix causes UI projection to be inverted
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Playmode
3. Modify "Top" or "Bottom" values on the script attached to the camera
Expected result: world space ui gets projected the same as the the game world
Actual result: world space ui gets projected inverted
Reproduced on 2018.2.12f1, 2018.3.0b5, 2019.1.0a5
2018.1 does not appear to work under these conditions

I also see some shadow effects get super aliased when I do this. Have you had this issue?
